Great Sand Dunes National Park

I had a free weekend in August of 2011, so I decided to take a trip up to Great Sand Dunes National Park. I ended up with shoes full of sand and avoided getting eaten by any bears, so I think it counts as a successful adventure.

My golden birthday was in 2009, so in celebration I took a trip to Austin Texas to visit Chris and Kevin. They took me all over the city, and we helped keep Austin weird.

Perhaps the quickest adventure of all - in December of 2007, I used a free Southwest ticket that had been gathering dust to make a quick weekend trip out to San Francisco to visit Kevin and Jackie.

In March of 2005, I took a trip with Sarah, Erin, Libby, Steve, Steve, and Emily to visit Alan while he was living in London. We spent a week running about the general London area, including a day in Oxford.

Grand Canyon
Story - Album
In July of 2003, Kevin and I hopped in the Miata one Saturday afternoon and took a 3000 mile round trip to the Grand Canyon. Our route took us through the Red Mountain Pass, past Mesa Verde, the Petrified Forest, and Santa Fe. Of course, it also took us through the Grand Canyon.
